If you are in need of our services, please email us at info@twpfund.org or call us at (925) 400-8523 to set up a time to meet in person so that we can get to know you and introduce ourselves as well. If you can fill out the attached application below and bring it with you, that would be great.

Applications will be accepted via email. This will help us further understand your needs and see how we can help. The individual requesting for help must be the one filling out the application. If your needs are beyond our scope, we will be able to connect you to the right resources. Please see the following on how you can submit your application:

We may not have availability to assist on the spot, so we advise filling out the application or calling to make an appointment.
